Whale sharks are wild and free-roaming ocean giants, and sightings cannot be guaranteed. In line with our commitment to responsible and sustainable eco-tourism, all encounters occur naturally, without disturbing marine life.

If whale sharks are not sighted on Day 1, the journey will continue on Day 2 to maximize opportunities. Any additional costs, including one extra night of accommodation, will be fully covered by us.
Should no encounter occur by the end of Day 2, guests will receive a 50% refund.
